I was happy to see the dress in my size was still in stock, which doesnt always happen. Checkout was quick and easy too, so overall I’m pleased with it

The items are really cute, but the sizing was a bit off for us and ran smaller than expected. I had to go through an exchange, which was kind of annoying, honestly. It worked out in the end, but I’d definitely recommend checking the measurements before ordering

I bought a dress for my daughter’s birthday, or maybe it was a couple weeks before because I remember rushing a bit, and it ended up looking really cute in the photos. The style was fun and definitely felt more like a special occasion outfit than something she’d wear all the time.
Shipping was fine from what I remember, though I can’t tell if it came earlier than expected or I just ordered it too early. Either way, the price felt a bit high for what it was. Nice dress, just probably not something I’d buy often.

I reached out to customer service and just never heard back. I kept checking my email like maybe I missed something, but nope, nothing. It’s frustrating because even a quick reply would’ve been better than being left hanging.

The fabric feels reeeally soft and comfy, which I loved. The fit was just okayyy for me, not perfect, but I’m still happy with it overall.

I really loved how this dress looked when it arrived, it’s super cute and fit nicely at first. But after only wearing it a couple of times, the seams started coming loose, which was really disappointing for the price. I reached out to support hoping they’d help, but it kind of felt like they were blaming me for how I wore or washed it instead of acknowledging the quality issue. i expected it to hold up a lot better.

One of the pieces came in the wrong size, and another item I picked wasn’t in the package at all. What made it more confusing was that my confirmation email said something different and clearly showed what I originally ordered, so I kept going back and forth wondering how it got mixed up.
Customer service did respond, but it took a little while, and I still had to deal with the hassle of sorting everything out. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price and the cute styles, I really expected the order to be more accurate

It looked really cute when we got it, but my kid complained all day that it felt scratchy and uncomfortable. I kept hoping they’d get used to it, but nope. Definitely wish I had read the reviews before buying.
